Room Reservation Deadlines:
Reservation cut-off date for this group rate: April 27, 2025 unless room block sold out prior to that date.  Reservations after that date will be subject to room availability at the hotel. 

Group Rate Details:

• All Rooms: $165.00 per day (Total including tax and fees: $181.00 per day.)
• Group rates offered 3 days pre-convention and 3 days post-convention, based on availability.

   Upper Right – Join or sign in to Hilton Honors (if applicable)
   Upper Right – Edit Stay if necessary – Number of Guests and/or click on dates to change if needed. Then click update.
2. Select a room and click (Quick Book) button.
3. If you need an accessible room - be sure to mark the (Show Accessible Rooms) option. (Please do not select an accessible room unless you need it.)
   Accessible Rooms are only available: May 28, 29, 30, and 31 with check out on June 1.
