Conference Cancellations/Refunds - All conference refund requests must be EMAILED by Midnight (USA Eastern Time) May 15, 2025 to: Roger Sherer (Associate Treasurer) rsherer@ifyeusa.org

Refunds will be made if cancellation/refund request is emailed before the above deadline. Refunds will not be issued on requests emailed after May 15, 2025 except in the case of documented medical or family emergency. All conference refund requests are subject to a $25 administrative fee.
NOTE: All hotel reservations to be cancelled must be coordinated with the hotel. IFYE Association is not responsible for coordinating those cancellations. Thank you.
