About IFYE
IFYE Board Member - Traci Sherlock
Traci Sherlock served as an IFYE participant to Norway in 2021 and is currently a special education teacher. She has worked with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grade students, teaching in general education classrooms and in special education. As a teacher, she loved to support the school community by organizing potlucks and parties.
In the past, Traci has served as a sign-up coordinator for the Tonganoxie Elementary School Social Committee. She has also been a member of a 4-H Council, acting at different times as President, Secretary, and Treasurer and earning the county gold watch award and the key award during this time. She completed her undergraduate degree in Elementary Education and is in the process of earning a master’s in special education.
Traci enjoys organizing events such as IFYE orientations and getting to know people on a deeper level. She looks forward to sharing new ideas and perspectives as a member of the IFYE Board.
