How to Steps - Book Your Room Online:

1. Click here to Book IFYE Group Rate
2. Read welcome letter at top of the page.
3. Scroll down, click the large blue button "Book a Room." This will take you to a new page. (Yes there are two on the page, both are the same.)
4. The top navigation bar shows dates, number of people/rooms and an 'Edit Stay' button. Once you click on 'Edit Stay' a new navigation bar will appear that you can edit.
   1. If you need an accessible room - be sure to mark the 'Show Accessible Rooms' option. (Please do not select an accessible room unless you need it.)
   2. Accessible Rooms are only available: May 28, 29, 30, and 31 with check out on June 1.
5. Select the bed/room option you want, by clicking on the large blue button "Quick Book". this will take you to a new page.
6. Finish form and payment.

Sign into Hilton rewards member account first (if you have one).

Parking:
There is a large lot available for drivers.
The $15.00 parking fee will be waived for all conference attendees. This includes those who drive in for a day.
Park in the parking lot. Go to front desk and scan the QR code to get a Comp Code. You will need your license plate number.
