Flying to Denver International Airport

Denver International Airport(DIA) is the major airport to fly in and out of for the conference (airport code DEN). There are other local airports you can look into, these will be more expensive and restrictive on options. 

Shuttle options from Denver Airport to Northern Colorado Regional Airport (airport code FNL)

Flying United:

As part of booking your flight with United Airlines, there is a shuttle for their customers for around $70 round-trip. When booking your flight, you will need to request that your destination is Loveland Airport /Ft. Collins (FNL). It will show your first leg to Denver and the remainder of the trip is on a bus. The bus stops at Loveland Airport. Then you will need to take the 'IFYE Shuttle', if you requested it.

Other Airlines:

Use Groome Transportation (970-226-5533), they have a shuttle from DIA to Loveland that leaves every hour on the 50-minute mark and arrives in Loveland one hour later at the Loveland Airport (Northern Colorado Regional Airport). 

• Recommend at least 24 hours’ notice for reservation to be sure you have a seat. Book online at groometransportation.com.
• Groome Bus option 1: Denver Airport to Northern Colorado Regional Airport $32 +tip, one way
• Groome Bus option 2: Denver Airport to Loveland Embassy Suites $53 booked online, $58 booked not online, +tip, one way.

Those of you who will be at Northern Colorado Regional Airport, will need to take the 'IFYE Shuttle', if you requested it.

IFYE Shuttle from Northern CO Airport to Conference Hotel

The 'IFYE Shuttle" is individuals driving their personal cars back and forth to help with the last leg of the trip.  It is about 7 - 10 min drive from the local airport to the hotel.

Watch for an email from ifyeconf25@gmail.com after April 15 that will request your travel information.

Driving to Conference

Our best suggestion is to plug in the hotel address: 4705 Clydesdale Parkway, Loveland, CO 80538

• Use I-80 and I-70 to move east or west to get you to I-25.
• Navigate to I-25.
  • Hotel is right off interstate.
  • Take The Ranch exit 259 as you get to Loveland and you can see the Embassy Suites. 

Travel by Train

You may book a train to Union station in Denver, however another mode of transportation will be required to arrive in Loveland. There is no direct transit to Loveland/Ft. Collins.

  • Take the rail to Denver International Airport and use Groome (see above)
  • Bus from Denver to Loveland, you will need to make arrangements from Loveland bus station to the hotel.
