Refunds will be made if cancellation/refund request is emailed before the above deadline.  Refunds will not be issued on requests emailed after May 15, 2025 except in the case of documented medical or family emergency.  All conference refund requests are subject to a $25 administrative fee. Refunds will be credited back to your credit card.

NOTE:  All hotel reservations must be cancelled directly with the hotel.  IFYE Association is not responsible for coordinating hotel room cancellations.
