Volunteers Needed

We have a few shifts and times we’ll need volunteers to help us with various logistics. Please see the list below and let us know where you might want to help. If you are interested in volunteering, please answer on the registration form.

Thursday May 29 – arrival and opening ceremony

• IFYE Conference attendees arrive in Loveland before 5pm
• Silent auction: receive items, organize/set up
• Registration: help with IFYE registration, helping direct people
• Reception helper
• Opening Ceremony helper
• Hospitality Rooms (two rooms, across the hall from each other)
  • set up earlier in the day
  • helpers in each room in the evening

Friday May 30 - Tour Day, Dinner, Live Band

• Silent Auction room attendee, various times
• Dance room attendee
• Hospitality Rooms - helpers in each room in the evening

Saturday May 31 – Workshops and closing ceremony

• Silent Auction room attendee, various times
• Workshop Morning helpers
• Workshop Afternoon helpers
• Closing Banquet, and live auction helpers
• Hospitality Rooms - helpers in each room in the evening

Sunday June 1 – Service and check out
