If you drive

Our best suggestion is to plug in the hotel address in your GPS and let it guide your way. For those who still prefer maps if coming from the east through Nebraska, take I-80 to Cheyenne, Wyoming and then come south on I-25 and take The Ranch exit as you get to Loveland and you can see the Embassy Suites from the exit. You can also take I-70 through Kansas and then go north on I-25 when you reach Denver.

If coming from the west you can either take I-80 to Cheyenne and go south on I-25 or take I-70 through Denver and come north on I-70. For our way southern IFYEs find your way to I-25 and north.

If you fly

You will need to fly to Denver International Airport (DIA). Loveland has an airport that operates jointly with Ft. Collins but does not have any commercial flights going into Ft. Collins. 

Shuttle from Denver to Northern CO Regional Airport

If you fly any airlines (except United) Groome Transportation (970-226-5533) has a shuttle bus from DIA to Loveland that leaves every hour on the 50-minute mark and arrives in Loveland one hour later at the Loveland Airport (Northern Colorado Regional Airport). Cost is $32 one way + tip.  

• Recommend at least 24 hours’ notice for reservation to be sure you have a seat. Book online at groometransportation.com. Denver Airport (more options) to Loveland Airport (Northern Colorado Regional Airport).
• On the registration form you will confirm the following:  If you are planning to arrive by a Groome shuttle. Call the IFYE designated phone number ???-???-????, when you arrive at the Loveland Airport (Northern Colorado Regional Airport), someone from IFYE will pick you up. It is only 7 minutes from the confernece hotel to the airport.

If you fly by United Airlines

Unied Airlines provide a shuttle for their customers for around $70 round-trip as a part of your flight booking. When booking your flight, you will need to request that your destination is Ft. Collins (FNL). It will show your first leg to Denver and the remainder of the trip is on a bus. The bus stops at Loveland Airport (Northern Colorado Regional Airport).

It is only 7 minutes from the confernece hotel to the airport.

If you plan to travel by train

There are no trains with direct destination to Loveland/Ft. Collins. The best option is to book a rental car from Denver. Another option is to take the RTD rail from the train station to the airport and pre-book a ride on the Groome Transportation shuttle. It costs $10 to get from downtown to the airport.
