IFYE 75^th Anniversary Celebration

Registration is now open!

Join us for a weekend of renewing old friendships and making new ones in the hospitality suite, the 25^th and 50^th year reunions, and casual conversations in a relaxed environment. The focal point of the celebration weekend is the 75^th Anniversary Reception and International Banquet on Saturday, October 7. Sunday morning will feature a Memorial Service recognizing members of the IFYE Family who have recently passed. Following the celebration, you will receive digital copies of the group picture and a directory of those in attendance by email. Feel free to contact your IFYE brothers and sisters to join you in this once-in-a-lifetime event. Check the website for more information as it is made available.

In Honor Of Table Contributions (Optional)
If you wish to honor an IFYE family member(s) and/or supporter(s), please select this option and click continue to enter a donation amount. Click continue again which will take you to an In Honor of name field to input the names you wish to recognize. Enter the rest of your registration and payment information to complete the contribution. Those honored and the contributors will be recognized at the International Dinner.

Select this option and continue through each step to complete your contribution. Your donation amount will be requested in step 2. Note: If you wish to make a donation to another fund (such as Memoriam/Honor), please go to Ways to Give to complete the appropriate form.

Important! After you click on the hotel link (below), you will see a horizontal gray bar about midway on your device showing the rooms available at the IFYE 75^th Celebration room rate of $129 (the nightly room cost is $149.73 with taxes). The reservation will show as five (5) nights (October 4-8). If you wish to stay all five (5) nights, scroll down to Select your room, then review the payment information and complete the registration with your credit card.

Important! If you do not wish to stay the five (5) nights listed on the first hotel page, look to the right on the gray bar, select Change Search. Use the drop-down buttons to select the dates you wish to stay and press the green Search button. You will then be taken to a page where you can select your room. Press the green Select button, review the next screen, and then fill in the information for payment and your registration is complete.

If you wish to extend your stay after the event or make other variations of dates, we ask that you contact Carolyn Hansen (chansen@ifyeusa.org) to help you make your reservation.

The cut-off date for this group rate is September 9, 2023, unless the room block is sold out prior to that date. Reservations after that date will be subject to room availability at the hotel.

Parking is included in the room rate.

Note:  All hotel reservations to be cancelled must be coordinated with the hotel.  IFYE Association is not responsible for coordinating cancellations for rooms.
