CONFERENCE CANCELLATION/REFUNDS POLICY

Conference Cancellations/Refunds - All conference refund requests must be EMAILED by Midnight (USA Eastern Time) AUGUST 21, 2021  to:   pathutsell@gmail.com

Refunds will be made if cancellation / refund request is EMAILED before the above deadline.  Refunds will not be issued on requests EMAILED AFTER AUGUST 21, 2021 except in the case of documented medical or family emergency.  All conference refund requests are subject to a $20 administrative fee.

NOTE:  All hotel reservations to be cancelled must be coordinated with the hotel.  IFYE Association is not responsible for coordinating those cancellations. Thank you.
