Judiann McNulty has a long track career in international development. She worked on a community level in Guatemala, later advancing to regional and headquarters positions in international non-profits such as CARE International and then to independent consulting with the same organizations. She was an IFYE-YDP (International 4-H Exchange - Youth Development Program) participant traveling from Montana to Poland in 1978 and Guatemala in 1979, and has served on other nonprofit boards, including the CORE group and Neighbor to Neighbor Refugee Resettlement.

Traci Sherlock is a skilled nonprofit coordinator who served as an IFYE participant going to Norway in 2022. Currently a special education teacher, she loves to support her community by organizing teacher potlucks and parties and has worked as a sign-up coordinator and as President, Treasurer, and Secretary of her local 4-H club. She enjoys organizing events and getting to know people on a deeper level.

Judiann McNulty and Traci Sherlock will be joining Lee Hood Capps, Pat Donahue, Marty Orris, and Cora Loera as new members on the IFYE Association Board.
