About IFYE
IFYE National Program Director - Rebecca Pratt
As the National Program Director, Becca is works with State Coordinators and State Contacts to recruit IFYE Representatives to our host country partners. She oversees the vetting of host families in coordination with our state partners. She also leads the orientation of our inbound and outbound IFYEs and the debriefing of our American IFYEs.
Rebecca Pratt participated in the IFYE program in 2022, traveling to Norway and Thailand, and again in 2024 to Chile. She has a strong passion for travel and truly enjoys learning about and experiencing different cultures.
Rebecca graduated from the University of Illinois with a bachelor's degree in Agricultural and Consumer Economics and a minor in Chemistry. After college, she worked as a Marketing Manager for a fertilizer and chemical company. Since then, she has been working on the family farm with her father.
Since returning, Rebecca has remained active by serving on the Orientation Committee, supporting, and contributing ideas for outgoing and incoming delegates. She also served as Alumni Communications Committee Chair, working to strengthen alumni engagement through newsletters and IFYE In Touch.
